Key Responsibilities
Provide psychosocial assessment, intervention, and support to patients and families.
Connect with community and government programs to support resolution of psychosocial risks.
Intervene with support systems for children with gender identity needs.
Support Pediatric Social Work team through case consultation and coverage.
Participate in clinical supervision for advanced clinical licensure.
Participate in Social Work staffing models across care environments.
Required Qualifications
Master's Degree in Social Work
Certified Advanced Practice Social Worker (CAPSW) in Wisconsin within 90 Days
Certified Independent Social Worker (CISW) in Wisconsin within 90 Days
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Wisconsin within 90 Days
Preferred Qualifications
2 years prior hospital-based social work experience
2 years prior hospital or community-based social work experience supporting the HIV Clinic
2 years prior hospital or clinic-based pediatric experience supporting American Family Children’s Hospital
