Key Responsibilities
Perform preventative maintenance on medium to heavy-duty trucks and trailers
Manage repairs and ensure compliance with safety standards
Document work orders through the online Enterprise Asset Management system
Train and provide guidance to other Mechanics
Inspect brake systems, steering mechanisms, and other important parts
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent
3 - 5 years of experience in medium to heavy-duty vehicle repair
Knowledge of preventative maintenance, tire & wheel, air & air disc brakes, diagnosis, computerized diagnostics, electrical troubleshooting, and electronic component repair
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in refrigeration
