Key Responsibilities
Design and implement Behavior Management Programs
Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
Develop Individualized Behavior Support Plans (BSPs)
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
Ensure compliance with OPWDD regulations and documentation
Required Qualifications
Master's degree in psychology, social work, school psychology, or applied psychology
Training in assessment techniques and behavior support plan development
Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
Familiarity with OPWDD and DOH regulations
Preferred Qualifications
National board certification in Behavior Analyst (BACB)
NYS license as a Behavior Analyst (LBA)
NYS license in mental health counseling
