Key Responsibilities
Provide customer service, sales, and retention activities for Property & Casualty products
Facilitate member experience through various communication channels
Assist members with quotes, binding new business, and policy issues
Maintain required licenses and ensure compliance with risk policies
Navigate multiple systems while maintaining engaging interactions
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Currently active Property and Casualty or Personal Lines license
1 year of customer service experience in insurance or financial services
Ability to prioritize and multi-task
Preferred Qualifications
US military experience or being a military spouse/domestic partner
Prior experience in a fast-paced contact center environment
1+ years of direct sales or upselling/cross selling experience
