Key Responsibilities
Provide patient care in a Step-Down unit
Collaborate with healthcare staff to ensure high-quality patient care
Support patients and families through the recovery process
Required Qualifications
Minimum one year of RN experience
One year Step-Down experience within the last two years as an RN
Active RN license or willingness to obtain one in IA
RN degree from an accredited registered nurse program
BLS and all relevant Step-Down/department-specific certifications
