Job Description
Join Quill as an Inside Sales Manager and leverage your consultative selling skills to drive sales for a growing customer base. You'll manage a significant portfolio and develop strategic growth plans while working in a collaborative and inclusive environment.
Key Responsibilities
Responsible for sales results for assigned book of accounts (~$8-10M+)
Acquire new business and grow sales while managing current customer base
Map accounts and identify core and specialty category opportunities
Create strategic growth plans and identify new growth opportunities
Utilize enablement tools to keep customer data updated and manage pipeline
Leverage sales methodologies to retain and grow customer base
Use Salesforce regularly for sales tracking and management
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
3+ years sales experience in Account Management and/or Business Development
Availability to travel (up to 4x per year)
Preferred Qualifications
Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
Prior experience working with large complex accounts
Experience managing a sales quota with a track record of exceeding it
Experience with business-to-business sales process
Experience in retaining and growing accounts
