Job Description
Join Avis Budget Group as a Part-Time Rental Car Agent and enjoy competitive pay with opportunities for monthly commissions and employee discounts. In this outdoor role, you'll assist customers with the rental and return process while providing exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
Assist customers in the rental or return process on airport lots
Check cars and enter information in a handheld device
Process rentals for loyalty customers
Provide excellent customer service at exit gates and check-in cars at returns
Required Qualifications
Valid Driver's License
Basic computer skills (typing, data entry)
Effective verbal communication skills
Willingness to work outdoors
Flexibility to work all shifts
Ability to type, sit, stand, walk or move throughout rental lot
Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States
Regular on-site presence required
Preferred Qualifications
6 months retail customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
