Job Description
Join Avis Budget Group as a Part-Time Rental Car Lot Customer Service Representative, where you'll engage with customers outdoors, assist in rentals and returns, and provide exceptional service in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist customers in the rental and return process
Check cars and enter information using a handheld device
Process rentals for loyalty customers
Provide excellent customer service at exit gates and car returns
Required Qualifications
Valid Driver’s License
Basic computer skills (typing, data entry)
Effective verbal communication skills
Willingness to work outdoors
Flexibility to work all shifts
Ability to perform physical tasks (typing, sitting, standing, walking)
18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Regular on-site presence required
Preferred Qualifications
6 months retail customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
