Job Description
Join ScionHealth as a Critical Care Nurse, where you will provide essential care to critically ill patients, advocate for their needs, and collaborate with a dedicated team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Provides quality patient care to critically ill patients
Serves as a patient advocate
Supervises nursing care provided by other caregivers
Develops and updates nursing care plans
Documents patient assessments and care plans
Administers medications and monitors patient conditions
Participates in discharge planning and patient education
Required Qualifications
Graduate from an accredited Registered Nursing program
Current state licensure as Registered Nurse
BCLS and ACLS certifications required
Minimum one year training and experience in Critical Care
Preferred Qualifications
Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer knowledge
Ability to organize tasks and function under stressful situations
