Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Determine donor eligibility for plasma donation
Manage donor adverse events and review laboratory test results
Support environmental, health, and safety initiatives
Evaluate donor reactions and manage medical emergencies
Support vaccination programs for employees
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Currently licensed or certified in California as RN, NP, or PA
Current CPR and AED certification
Fulfill state requirements for basic IV therapy
Two years in a clinical or hospital setting
Satisfactorily complete FDA approved training for BioLife Medical Support Specialist
Preferred Qualifications
Certified Phlebotomy Technician 1 or 2
Clinical Laboratory Scientist
Medical Laboratory Technician
