Job Description & Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement personalized care plans with the healthcare team
• Communicate with residents, families, and staff
• Maintain accurate patient records
• Monitor vital signs and administer medications
• Supervise CNAs and LPNs
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents

• Active RN license (state-specific or Nurse Compact eligible)
• Current BLS/CPR (AHA)
