Key Responsibilities

  • Lead designated functional team and manage associate workload
  • Coach associates on exceptional performance
  • Partner with the Assistant Store Leader to train and develop associates
  • Maintain understanding of new store initiatives and communicate changes
  • Focus on promoting and driving sales
  • Review KPI results and identify opportunities
  • Communicate regularly with the Assistant Store Leader
  • Ensure customers receive gracious, quick, and efficient service

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma/GED or equivalent
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1+ years customer service or retail experience
