Description
Order-person will continue to do until decided if transitioning to another dept. Currently small volume. est. 15 orders per month • Build and maintain a good contact list with departments who initiate purchase orders-this is related to task above • Interact with customer service, contract administration, field personnel, manufacturing, etc. to ensure customer billing requirements are met • Communicate with Resolution Specialist regarding billing issues • Verify Order Accuracy before billing • Processing credit card payments via phone or email. • Send out copy or invoice and payment receipt to customer • Research payment inquiries • Update accounts with blanket purchase orders • Participate in all reasonable work activities as assigned and deemed appropriate by management

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
