• Weekdays, Days
• BLS required & must show a proof of 960 mammography exams & 15 CME hrs in the last 2 yrs
• Approximately 15000 cases per year per physician
• General radiology mammo reader, either specialty or general who reads Mammo
• Credentialing needed
• DEA needed
