Job Overview: Ottumwa Regional Health is seeking a dedicated and experienced Travel Registered Nurse for the Labor & Delivery unit. This role is ideal for professionals with at least 1 year of nursing experience and prior travel nursing exposure. The RN will provide high-quality care to patients during labor, delivery, and postpartum stages, ensuring safety and comfort throughout the birthing process.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1+year of RN experience with prior travel nursing experience
• Active RN license
• Iowa SING background check must be fully cleared (includes Criminal and Child Abuse portions) – No exceptions
• All county and state background checks must be fully cleared prior to start – No instant or statewide searches accepted
• Mandatory Reporter Certification (Child and Adult) required
• Drug screening must be a 10-panel test including opiates
• Titers for MMR, Hep B, Varicella, and TB must be dated within the last 12 months

Required Certifications:

• Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)
• STABLE

Years of Experience: 1–2 years (minimum 1 year with travel experience considered)
