Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Respond to complex inquiries related to Rocky Mountain Health Plan benefits
Serve as a resource and leader to other customer service representatives
Demonstrate exceptional performance and communication skills
Produce communications and perform research for customers
Assist with member calls and ensure coverage
Take escalated member calls as needed
Assist in staff orientation and education
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
Must be 18 years of age or older
3+ years of customer service experience
Experience with Microsoft Products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Ability to work full-time, Monday - Friday between 8:00am – 5:00pm MST
Ability to work onsite in Grand Junction, CO
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in Health Care/Insurance environment
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
Experience using SharePoint for document management
