Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to complex inquiries related to Rocky Mountain Health Plan benefits
  • Serve as a resource and leader to other customer service representatives
  • Demonstrate exceptional performance and communication skills
  • Produce communications and perform research for customers
  • Assist with member calls and ensure coverage
  • Take escalated member calls as needed
  • Assist in staff orientation and education

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • 3+ years of customer service experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work full-time, Monday - Friday between 8:00am – 5:00pm MST
  • Ability to work onsite in Grand Junction, CO

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Health Care/Insurance environment
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish)
  • Experience using SharePoint for document management
