Key Responsibilities
Provide direct clinical services, clinical supervision, and case management of in/outpatients
Provide supportive clinical services to families of in/outpatients
Participate in research projects involving the assessment and treatment of behavior disorders
Participate in hiring, supervising, and evaluating Behavioral Psychology staff
Provide supervision and training for Behavioral Psychology pre-doctoral interns and post-doctoral fellows
Participate in administrative, clinical, and training meetings as necessary
Required Qualifications
Licensed as a Psychologist in the State of Maryland
Doctoral degree in psychology
Minimum of two years of experience in a multi-disciplinary setting dealing with children with and without disabilities
Completed a minimum of a one-year clinical internship in psychology with specialization in pediatric behavior disorders
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in conducting research and communicating research findings via professional conferences, peer-reviewed journals, seminars, etc.
