Key Responsibilities
Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance
Assist with basic health care needs including bathing, grooming, and toileting
Document resident interactions and communicate changes to charge nurse
Assist in food preparation and dining experiences for residents
Provide housekeeping and laundry services
Required Qualifications
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
Minimum age of 16
High school graduate or GED preferred
Preferred Qualifications
Prior clinical or nursing assistant experience in long-term care
Enrollment in a training program for CNA certification
