A Pediatrics Physician provides specialized medical care for newborns and children, primarily covering nursery and pediatric call shifts. Responsibilities include rounding on all newborns in the hospital and responding to occasional emergency room calls. This role requires Board Certification in Pediatrics and aims to ensure the health and well-being of pediatric patients during coverage periods.
