Job Description
Intuit is seeking Tax Experts for the upcoming tax season. This remote position offers the chance to assist clients with their taxes using TurboTax, while enjoying flexible work hours and comprehensive benefits.
Key Responsibilities
Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products
Provide tax advice, full service return preparation, tax calculations, and manage product/software inquiries
Utilize government websites and professional resources to deliver accurate answers to customers
Document interactions to maintain accurate records
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns
Active unrestricted credential (EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney)
Strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws
Active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN)
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to interact with customers through video and audio tools
