Job Description

As a Janitorial Project Manager at ABM Industries, you will oversee the operations and administrative tasks of janitorial services, ensuring compliance with contract requirements while enhancing customer satisfaction. Your role includes managing quality control, staff training, and building strong client relationships to drive service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations and administrative activities
  • Develop and implement cost control measures and service standards
  • Manage inspections, quality control measures, and inventory control
  • Collaborate with Project Manager to develop work plans
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve complaints
  • Ensure compliance with customer specifications and contract requirements
  • Train and evaluate staff while working closely with frontline personnel

Required Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of Supervisor experience
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience
  • Working knowledge of janitorial equipment
  • Working knowledge of OSHA required processes
  • Intermediate level of Microsoft programs
  • Valid State Driver's License for business travel
  • Excellent personal organization skills
  • Excellent follow-up and an eye for detail
  • Technical savvy and ability to use MS Office Suite
  • Excellent verbal and written business communication skills
  • Excellent relational skills and experience dealing with union environment
  • Understanding of the service industry practices, process and trends
