Job Description
Join Advanced Technology Services as a Planner/Scheduler and play a crucial role in optimizing maintenance operations in a dynamic industrial environment. You'll evaluate work requests, develop job scopes, and ensure efficient scheduling to enhance factory productivity.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate non-emergency work requests and develop scope of work
Estimate labor hours, skillsets, parts, materials, and equipment for jobs
Gather and verify technical documentation and parts availability
Maintain an organized and prioritized work order backlog
Conduct weekly planning and scheduling meetings with Production
Create a Weekly Technician Schedule for planned jobs
Improve work order planning and scheduling effectiveness
Maintain records for analysis and reporting
Train site employees on CMMS
Required Qualifications
Associate Degree in a technical field
1-3 years of maintenance scheduling/planning experience or 5-10 years as a machine repair technician
Familiarity with industrial manufacturing environment
Electrical/mechanical aptitude
Proficiency with computers and maintenance systems including Microsoft Office
Excellent verbal communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
Ability to build and maintain positive professional relationships
Preferred Qualifications

Experience in job plan development, job scheduling, and work execution
