Job title: Senior Director of Operations, Global Oncology

Location: Cambridge, MA, or Morristown, NJ (Hybrid position with 3 days per week in office requirement)

As Senior Director of Operations, Global Oncology, you'll lead strategic planning, budget coordination, and key initiatives that advance our oncology mission.

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic activities and governance workstreams, coordinating budget planning and IBP processes with Finance, M&S and Brand Teams
  • Prepare management reports and coordinate responses for Investor Relations requests, ensuring accurate franchise budget allocations and reporting
  • Design and monitor the Franchise Scorecard and Key Performance Indicators in collaboration with analytics and brand teams
  • Plan and execute Sanofi participation in key international Oncology congresses to support strategic objectives and leadership engagement
  • Lead operational planning for leadership team meetings, off-sites, business reviews, and organization-wide initiatives
  • Coordinate global commercial activities and provide operational support to the Global Oncology Leadership Team
  • Support Global Head of Oncology on strategic workforce planning and capabilities development
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to secure resources and processes for best-in-class brand plans

About You

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in life sciences, marketing or business; advanced degree preferred

  • Work Experience: 10 years experience across pharma/biotech and healthcare in commercial operations

  • Minimum Required Skills:

    • Strong analytical, strategic and conceptual thinking abilities
    • Leadership and relationship management expertise
    • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional groups and local country teams
    • Experience leading without authority in a matrix environment
    • Strong project management capabilities
  • Preferred Skills:

    • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
    • Ability to execute multiple projects simultaneously under tight timelines
