Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma/GED (or higher)
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service in a healthcare environment
  • Beginner level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience with medical office processes
  • 2+ years of related work experience including data entry
  • Prior experience with EMR computer applications
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish)
