Job Description
Join Winter Park Resort as the Vice President of Food & Beverage, where you'll lead the strategic direction and daily operations of our dining services. This role is pivotal in enhancing guest experiences, managing budgets, and collaborating with senior leadership to uphold high service standards and drive innovation.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the strategic direction and operations of food and beverage services
Ensure exceptional guest experiences
Develop and implement operational policies
Manage budgets and drive innovation in service and menu offerings
Collaborate with other departments to align goals
Monitor guest and employee experience metrics
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in food and beverage leadership
At least 5 years in an executive or senior management role
Proven track record of managing large-scale operations
Strong leadership skills
Extensive knowledge of food and beverage trends
Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
Strong business acumen including budgeting and cost control
Ability to create a positive working environment
Passion for exceptional guest service
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, Culinary Arts, Business Administration, or a related field
