Job Description
As a Customer Service Worksite Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and ensuring a positive experience. This role involves supporting policyholders with insurance information and assisting with claims while meeting departmental standards.
Key Responsibilities
Support policyholders with insurance product information
Answer client calls and respond to inquiries
Provide detailed information about policy statuses
Assist with basic technical troubleshooting
Handle claim intake for clients
Meet or exceed departmental standards
Represent organizational values
Required Qualifications
2 – 3 years’ experience in customer service
High School diploma
