Key Responsibilities

  • Manage post-award grant and contract financial activities
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and funder requirements
  • Prepare annual budgets for each funder
  • Conduct reconciliations and maintain internal controls
  • Prepare billing for Grants and Contracts
  • Analyze complex financial and statistical data
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Assist Grant Writer and Pre-Award Team

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
  • Proven expertise in funder audits
  • Three (3) years' Grant and Contract experience
  • Three (3) years' professional accounting experience
  • Three (3) years' experience with financial management software
