Key Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional customer experience through relationship building
Assist customers with opening new accounts and service requests
Develop understanding of bank products to meet customer needs
Provide options for bank products and services
Refer customers to other bankers and partners as needed
Required Qualifications
6+ months of interacting with customers experience or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
Customer service focus with experience handling complex transactions
Experience proactively engaging with customers through outreach
Ability to educate customers on technology and mobile banking
Experience working in a team to meet customer needs
Ability to identify potential fraud/risky accounts
Proficient in building and maintaining relationships
