Job Description
Join Crash Champions as a General Manager and lead a dynamic team in the fast-paced collision repair industry. Oversee shop operations, ensure high-quality standards, and drive performance to exceed revenue goals while fostering a supportive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage shop operations to meet revenue goals and KPIs
Assign repair jobs and prioritize vehicles
Support teammates during peak times
Ensure quality standards are met
Complete shop payroll and staffing
Manage daily production flow
Write DRP complaint estimates
Coach and develop team members
Required Qualifications
Knowledge of Collision Industry including insurance procedures
Aptitude in decision-making and problem solving
Ability to lead and work collaboratively
Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines
Proficient knowledge of estimating software (CCC ONE)
Proficient with computers and technology
Valid driver's license
