Job Description

Join Raytheon's Program Design & Planning organization as a Senior Program Planner II, where you'll lead the development and analysis of critical project schedules. This onsite role in Tucson, AZ, offers the chance to contribute to vital defense initiatives while working with a team dedicated to delivering high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and analyze Program Master Phasing Schedule and IMS
Ensure accurate and effective planning for scope of work
Lead creation and maintenance of compliant IMS
Conduct Schedule Risk Analysis and interpret results
Provide planning metrics on schedule status and variances
Mentor and train junior planners

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree
Minimum of 8 years of Program Planning, Scheduling, or Project Management experience
Experience with scheduling software (MS Project, Primavera, Open Plan)
Experience developing Integrated Master Schedules (IMS)
Experience with Earned Value Management System (EVMS)
Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance

Preferred Qualifications

Ability to facilitate integration in IMS of technical, schedule, and cost
Understanding of hardware and software development life cycle
Experience in agile methodologies
Ability to mentor and train junior planners
Familiarity with APEX financial systems
Experience in Cost Estimating/BOE generation
