Job Description
Join Primary Vascular Care as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, providing essential clinical assessments in a mobile practice focused on long-term care. This full-time role allows you to make a significant impact on patient treatment plans while working independently and collaborating with healthcare teams.
Key Responsibilities
Perform on-site screening clinical assessments to determine patient treatment plans
Function independently to perform history and physical for complex patients
Order and review diagnostic and therapeutic tests
Assist with provision of care in accordance with regulations
Monitor effectiveness of interventions
Maintain relationships with facility contacts
Educate family members and clients about services
Assist in developing and maintaining physician relations
Complete reports in a timely manner
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
Degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Program
Current NP License
BLS - Basic Life Support through American Heart Association
Current Infection Control Certification
Board Certified/Board Eligible
Physical, Vaccines and Titers: PPD/TB, Hep B, MMR, Varicella
Preferred Qualifications
ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support through American Heart Association
