Rotating 36 hours/every other weekend/rotation as needed\r\n\r\nEducation: Experience: 2 + years tele experience, previous travel experience preferred\r\nRequirements: ACLS, BLS\r\n\r\nBILH Coversheet Required\r\nFlu vaccine required for new staff starting 9/2. Current staff will need to be vaccinated by 12/1. (declinations not accepted).\r\nActive MA license required at time of submissions\r\nLocal candidates not accepted\r\nCannot have worked perm/travel/PRN for any Beth Israel facility within the past 6 months
