Job Description
Join The Jewish Board as a Case Associate, where you'll make a significant impact on the lives of individuals and families in New York City. You'll develop intervention plans, connect clients with essential resources, and provide support through counseling and community outreach.
Key Responsibilities
Develop action plans for client care
Routine community contacts for social workers
Locate and utilize community resources
Evaluate living conditions of clients through home visits
Provide case management and individual/group counseling
Perform community outreach and establish linkages with organizations
Document progress notes and assessments
Required Qualifications
BA Degree
Experience in a community or social service group
At least five years of experience as a Case Assistant in a community or social service group
Preferred Qualifications
Bilingual Spanish
Bilingual Haitian-Creole
