Job Description
Join Avis Budget Group as a Car Rental Service Attendant in a dynamic outdoor role. Assist customers with rentals and returns while providing top-notch service in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist customers in the rental and return process
Check cars and enter information in a handheld device
Process rentals for loyalty customers
Assist customers at exit gates
Check-in cars at return
Required Qualifications
Valid Driver’s License
Basic computer skills (typing, data entry)
Effective verbal communication skills
Willingness to work outdoors
Flexibility to work all shifts
Must be able to type, sit, stand, walk or move throughout rental lot and enter/exit vehicles for prolonged periods and drive a variety of vehicles
Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States
Regular on-site presence required
Preferred Qualifications
6 months retail customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
