Job Description
Join Action Behavior Centers as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and make a difference in the lives of children with autism. Key Responsibilities
Providing case management for a caseload of 8 FTE children on the autism spectrum
Completing initial intake and recurring assessments
Collecting data and creating individualized treatment plans
Providing 30+ treatment hours per week
Providing Family Guidance
Leading and educating a team of Registered Behavior Therapists
Discharge and Transition Planning
Required Qualifications
Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification or eligibility to sit for the BCBA exam
Passion for working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder
Commitment to be a leader for the team
Preferred Qualifications
Experience as a Senior BCBA
