Key Responsibilities
Conduct staff training and performance evaluations
Provide direct service to clients as needed
Supervise all program and support staff
Monitor individualized assessments and service plans
Review case management and discharge plans
Participate in case management meetings
Assume on-call administrative and crisis duties
Required Qualifications
LMSW
Master's Degree in related Mental Health discipline
Three years of experience with SED children/adolescents and/or case management
Preferred Qualifications
Excellent writing skills
Computer literacy
