Key Responsibilities
Lead and support Cast Members to deliver exceptional guest experiences
Provide daily leadership and development plans for team members
Ensure adherence to guest service and food safety standards
Maintain staffing levels and operational logistics
Complete administrative paperwork and prepare operational reports
Adapt operations for seamless guest experiences
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience overseeing a food & beverage operation with direct reports
Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in the hospitality business, preferably fine dining
Understanding of financial aspects of an operation
Ability to lead a team independently in a multi-component environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proven strong Guest Service orientation
Valid CA Driver's License in good standing
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of wine and spirits
Experience in a luxury resort or private club environment
Multi-lingual
