Key Responsibilities
Execute and supervise food production activities
Assume responsibilities of Executive Chef when unavailable
Supervise kitchen staff and maintain food storage
Conduct and supervise inventories
Monitor material consumption and order food/equipment
Participate in food product and menu development
Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards
Guide and develop subordinate employees
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in commercial cooking
Certification from culinary school
Knowledge of food and hygiene regulations (HACCP)
Good communication and organizational skills
Leadership skills
Preferred Qualifications
Understanding of financial controls
Service orientation
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows-based applications
