Job Description
Cognizant is looking for a seasoned Client Relationship Manager in the healthcare sector to lead account management and enhance client satisfaction. This role involves direct client engagement, driving business growth, and ensuring effective delivery teams align with client needs.
Key Responsibilities
Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders.
Understand the client environment, issues, and priorities.
Work with clients to define their problems and co-create solutions.
Drive RFPs/proactive bids for renewals, extensions, and expansion.
Track healthcare/payer industry trends and propose solutions.
Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for clients.
Be responsible for backlog growth including renewals and extensions.
Lead onsite project teams and ensure they understand the client environment.
Required Qualifications
Minimum 15+ years in a client facing role or account leadership role in IT professional services or management consulting firm.
Experience engaging with and influencing senior decision-makers within client organizations.
Experience with claims and service center operations.
Experience leading diverse teams in a multi-cultural environment.
Strong experience with the global service delivery model.
In-depth understanding of business problem domain, technology, and services solution domains for the targeted industry vertical.
Proven track record in leading different portfolios, including sales and existing annuity business.
Ability to navigate a large organization and work in a multifaceted matrix.
Strong conceptualization and analytical skills for business transformations.
Forecasting and P&L management experience.
