Key Responsibilities
Monitor FSQA programs including HACCP, sanitation procedures, and pest control
Assist in employee training of FSQA programs
Implement Independent FSQA Audit Program and assist during emergencies
Interact with various personnel across departments and levels
Required Qualifications
1-3 years of experience in meat and/or seafood industry
Formal job training in TQM principles, SPC, HACCP concepts
Ability to write reports and business correspondence
Basic mathematical skills
Ability to define problems and interpret technical instructions
