Key Responsibilities
Greet all customers and provide excellent customer service
Serve as an expert on patio furniture, providing accurate product information
Process orders in person and over the phone
Monitor inventory levels and manage low or out-of-stock items
Follow up with potential customers via phone, email, and online chat
Assist at trade shows by inviting people to the booth
Required Qualifications
Ability to work successfully as part of a team

Hands-on experience with POS transactions
