Key Responsibilities
Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance
Administer prescribed medications under supervision
Document care outcomes and communicate changes to charge nurse
Assist with basic health care needs and daily living activities
Support wellness and recreational programs for residents
Required Qualifications
CMA II license required at time of hire
High school graduate or GED preferred
Minimum age of 18 preferred
CNA certification with the State Board of Nursing (North Dakota and Iowa)
Nursing assistant certification and completion of 75-hour course (Minnesota)
Successful completion of state-approved CMA course (South Dakota)
Preferred Qualifications
Prior clinical or nursing assistant experience
Valid driver's license and auto insurance (when applicable)
