Key Responsibilities
Managing food costs and placing orders
Interviewing and hiring BOH Team Members
Creating BOH Team Member schedules
Verifying recipe adherence and portion control
Utilizing assessment results to improve operations and food quality
Communicating effectively with Team Members
Motivating and leading Team Members
Running shifts and supporting daily operations
Partnering with Learning & Development for training
Required Qualifications
3+ years of kitchen management experience
State alcohol-server certification
Manager ServSafe certification
High-level understanding of training and development concepts
Ability to foster teamwork
Leadership skills
Oral and written communication skills
Excellent time management skills
Preferred Qualifications
Bilingual
Ability to lift, push, pull, or carry heavy objects up to 40 pounds
Ability to stand for several hours and walk for long periods
Ability to bend, stretch, twist, or reach for objects on shelves at various height levels
