Job Description
Join Zen Educate as a Classroom Aide and make a difference in the lives of students with special needs. You'll support teachers and students in a nurturing environment, helping to implement educational plans and foster engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Assist licensed staff in implementing academic adaptations and IEPs
Support students individually or in small groups
Maintain a safe and conducive classroom environment
Provide support for students in crisis situations
Utilize various learning methods to enhance student engagement
Required Qualifications
60 college credits or higher or passing scores on relevant assessments
Professional proficiency in English
U.S. Work Authorization
Prior experience working with children in a structured setting (asset)
Preferred Qualifications
ParaPro Certification
Behavioral Technician or PCA experience
Experience working with children with special needs
