Key Responsibilities
Open new accounts for commercial and consumer clients
Process consumer loan applications and closings
Perform all teller duties including client transactions
Provide customer service for lobby and phone requests
Research and resolve client problems
Participate in training programs to maintain and acquire additional job knowledge
Comply with all department and company policies
Required Qualifications
Fluent in Spanish and English
Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and sales skills
Strong oral and written communication skills
Minimum of two years banking experience
Customer service experience required
Preferred Qualifications
Associates degree in business related field or two years related experience
Experience working in an environment with individual and team goals
