Job Description

Join The Jewish Board as a Client Engagement Specialist, where you will be the vital first point of contact for clients seeking outpatient services. You will utilize your customer service expertise to manage client interactions, schedule appointments, and ensure seamless communication between clients and healthcare providers, contributing to the well-being of the community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage interactions with clients in-person and over the phone
  • Document services provided in client charts
  • Schedule new and follow-up appointments
  • Confirm providers' recommendations for appointments
  • Communicate effectively with clients regarding appointments and services
  • Manage virtual clinic waiting rooms
  • Perform data entry and routine office tasks

Required Qualifications

  • BA in related healthcare field or minimum two years related work experience preferred
  • Ability to work well with others and as part of a team
  • Ability to work autonomously in a hybrid work setting
  • Experience working under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Significant experience in customer service
