Job Description
Intuit is seeking a Senior Tax Professional to work remotely, helping clients navigate tax complexities. You will provide tax advice, prepare returns, and engage with customers using video communication tools, all while enjoying comprehensive benefits.
Key Responsibilities
Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products
Provide tax advice and full-service return preparation
Manage product/software inquiries
Document interactions to maintain accurate records
Required Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of paid tax experience
Filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns
Active unrestricted credential (EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney)
Strong tax preparation experience
Extensive knowledge of tax laws
Active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN)
Excellent customer service skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with commercial tax preparation software
