Citizens is seeking a Mortgage Regional Sales Manager for New England to lead a team of Mortgage Loan Officers and Sales Associates, driving growth initiatives and ensuring high standards in loan servicing. The role involves managing team performance, developing training, and fostering relationships to enhance operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Establish internal policies and procedures on loan relationship management
Direct, motivate, and evaluate loan service team members
Supervise the New England team and identify training needs
Monitor loan servicing lifecycle from loan setup to post closing
Manage relationships with vendors and IT regarding loan servicing software
Communicate with management and maintain professional relationships
Develop and maintain team relationships between Sales and Operations
Ensure clear communication throughout the loan process
Maintain knowledge of Citizens products and industry standards
Evaluate and report employee performance
Forecast to meet monthly closing goals
Maintain superior customer service levels
Required Qualifications
10 plus years Mortgage Banking Sales & Leadership Experience
Extensive market experience for the New England region
Proven ability to recruit top talent in Loan Officers
Ability to coordinate across the enterprise with 10+ business lines
Compliance with SAFE Act requirements for Mortgage Loan Originators
