Key Responsibilities
Identify new business opportunities and build client relationships
Develop strategic growth plans and drive revenue
Conduct market research to identify clients and markets
Create and execute strategic sales plans
Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients
Recruit and onboard new agents and distributors
Monitor sales performance and provide reports to leadership
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or marketing
Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales and marketing roles
Proven track record of achieving goals
10 years' experience selling capital equipment in the packaging industry
10 years' experience negotiating contracts
5 years' experience creating business development strategies
Knowledge of MS Office and SAP
Proven track record establishing an agency/distributor network
Preferred Qualifications
5 years' experience with packaging equipment
Problem analysis and resolution skills
Understanding of flexible films or materials for packaging
Ability to use AUTOCAD software
Basic understanding of leasing and financing
