Key Responsibilities
Help individuals grow, learn, and live well
Develop meaningful relationships with participants
Assist with personal hygiene and support individuals with behavioral challenges

Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in care coordination
Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
